Why
Hope For Israel
This
past generation has seen a new era begin as God is calling
His
people back to their own land, the land promised to
Abraham, Isaac and
Jacob. As they return, many Jewish people are facing
enormous challenges.
Many come with nothing, including many immigrants escaping
persecution and having difficulty finding work and the
means to live.
Over 20% of the population in Israel is impoverished,
defined as making
$500.00 or less a month. Jewish believers, Jews who
believer in Jesus
the Messiah, in the land are providing humanitarian
assistance to their
countryman.
Unfortunately, most money raised for Israel by the Christian
and Jewish
communities in the West circumvents the Messianic community.
Frequently,
money raised can go to organizations that are hostile
to Jewish
believers.
Hope for Israel wants to see that change. |

In
